We offer three different levels of training to fit your needs!Levels are determined by your preexisting skills.Your instructor, Miss Gracie, will help you determine what level you are at.

• Beginner to learn the basics.
• Intermediate to Advanced training for the serious student.
• Competitive Level compete in competitions from state,national, to world competition.
